Where do we start Campus Carry in PA

The law says a private property owner can declare itself to be gun free.
As a student you sign something agreeing to it. Or something that says you will abide by their rules.

So where you see a trespassing issue, I see a blatant refusal to acknowledge a lawful property owners rights, that you know to be true.

First, I never signed anything. We don't even get a copy of the handbook. But based on the wording in our handbook the pencil in my pocket and the scissors in my drawer are prohibited offensive weapons. Go figure. Second, what about people who are not students and are not informed of campus policies? Like I said, there is no law prohibiting campus carry. I can walk on to any college campus (save my own) without breaking a single law. If I refuse to leave when asked then you have the trespassing issue.
