PA Non FTF sales
Hi,
Hope this is the correct forum.
In a sale between to Pa residents, can I mail a rifle receiver directly to the buyer or does this sale need to go through a FFL since its not FTF.
thanks, Jim

provided the buyer is not a prohibited person, yes.
Any handgun or "firearm" for LTCF purposes must be transferred via a FFL"Oderint Dum Metuant" - BMFH
