Dicks Sporting Goods (York)

Went into Dicks today just looking. I walked out with a Mossberg 930 SPX. They were running some gun special 10%,30% or 100$ off decided on what ya bought.. I got 30% of the gun. Walked out with the 930 SPX w/ LPA M-16 front sights
LPA ghost ring rear sights on a rail. for 610$. To me that a real good deal. For the first time (in a long time) I am happy with a mass chain sporting goods store.

Just bumping this because I don't see the need to start another thread about Dicks in York.

Any of you denizens of York, do you happen to know if they stock any of the safes that they have listed on their website? I really don't want to have to order one for delivery, would rather go pick it up myself, but don't want to drive out there if they don't have anything in stock.

You're going to have to call to get information on a specific safe, but they have always had a reasonable selection whenever I was there.

I even talked them into selling me a cabinet off the floor at a reduced price because it was the only they had. So I got sale price + discount = win!

BTW, there are 2 in York, one east, one west. Go east young man.

Hmm, as a matter of fact I'm off tomorrow. There is a Chipotle, Chili's, 5 Guys, Longhorn Steakhouse, and a pretty good diarrhea (chinese) buffet all in the same shopping center.

Chipotle and Chili's both give me the green apple splatters. Haven't been to a 5 guys, do they have anything a 4yr old girl would eat?

It keeps me regular.

5 guys... well, burgers and hot dogs and fries, that's about it. There are also a couple family restaurants on E. Market as you would head home. We've eaten at both and recommend them. I believe they are Stonybrook and George's.
