I have no idea who comes up with this shite, but they should stop over there at Sig. There is no need to make a fine device some kind of gimmick. Nothing like a firearms manufacturer making something that someone wants to show off...

Sig puts out one of the best products in our market. There is no need for all the gimmicks they have been coming out with lately.

Another one of Ron Cohen's stupid ideas.

Sig needs to go back to turning out top quality pistols the way they did before Mr Cohen took over. Sig is all about the "bling" and making rifles. That's why I won't buy any new Sigs any time soon.

Give me a stamped slide "P" series Sig any day over this new garbage they are turning out.

    This ^^^^^^

Ron should be thrown out on his ass for shitting up Sig. I can go on for hours about this. But who at Sig will listen ? The $$ keeps rolling in everything they make is sold. As soon as they make it. All that is looked at is short term. I predicted the death of the 556 rifle and the 250 3 years ago. Ron and Sig don't care what we think.

    Spot on!

I am a Sig guy myself and to be honest, Im a little embarrassed by that gun.

Im sure it would be just as reliable as all other Sig's, but damn. Its an eyesore.

Sig's are used by some of the most elite forces in the world. US Navy Seals, British SAS and many German and Israeli units.

Guns like that do not require "bling"

I just read that guys "bio" and what the hell is a "combat field commander?" I know the Army and how it works, and there is no officer branch of combat field commander. Sounds like some asshole that was an artillery officer for four years after college to get the scholarship and quit.

As for the bling, I have said it before... it is cheap. Make it well, make it work and the people will be happy. What do we have to look forward to... a RealTree P238 in .380 Super Maximum? A P220 chambered in .460 Smith and Wesson Magnum with diamond crusted frame rails? How about a P229 in .357 Sig with a matching SUV?

    Assholes.

I'm going to hold out for the rainbow titanium diamond plate.

    Vintage Sigs for me please.
