i got a PA license does it cover upper darby.. im asking because it says http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_D...,_Pennsylvania that is in PA but it also say county delaware so im confuse

he may be thinking Delaware State is the same as Delaware County, they are not. your safe in Delco, but not in Delaware State.

Yes this is the answer, Upper Darby is in Delaware COUNTY Pennsylvania. Your license is good in the entire state of PA, except prohibited places like court house and such.

Delaware County is not part of the state of Delaware. Oh and just for shits and giggles, there is also a Delaware County in the state of Ohio.

The state of Delaware only had three counties, New Castle, Kent & Sussex.

Now if you really want to be confused, a long time ago what is now the state of Delaware used to be part of Pennsylvania.

If you're up in Butler county, just be careful you don't go through Mars. Don't think it's good there.
