Wellington Sporting Goods, Souderton
Just picked up my first pistol from Wellington Sporting Goods in Souderton. I found them while ordering my gun online from Buds Gun Shop (that's a COMPLETELY different story and experience). Bud's has Wellington listed as a "Preferred FFL", meaning they already have the info on file so you don't need to waste time coordinating the licenses etc. And best of all, the transfer fee is a very reasonable $20.
If you miss the personalized service from an old time mom & pop outfit, try Wellington's. It was a great experience.

This thread is probably better suited in the "shops" subforum. Glad you had a good experience with them.

I also agree. I have been a customer of "Welly" for some time. I just picked up a Masterpiece Arms 380. I called him up and asked him if he could get one, and three days later I was a owner.
Great Service
Great Price

Welly's got a truly good shop in Souderton, and he's also a great member of the community with his work with Souderton Volunteer Fire Co.

I work right up the street from Wellington's and He usually does FTF FFL transfers for 10.00 and internet purchases are only 20.00. Nice guy and a neet little store. It makes me feel like I am walking into a store that my dad would have bought a gun in when he was my age.
