LTCF card isn't right.

Finally renewed my card after 3 years. Didn't check my card when the sheriff handed it to me. It seems they messed up my eye color. When I know it was right on the app and old card. Even over heard the officer doing the paper work. Calling the renewal in and he said the right color over the phone. How big of a problem could this be if I don't change it. Who do I contact about this? Or do I just have to deal with the BS at the court house again? Thanks in advance.

Back to the court house. You could call the Sheriff and ask them to send you a replacement. I understand the new system is a pain. They have to go back into the system, deny your current LTCF and then issue a new one.

My girlfriend had a similar problem. Her address was wrong (the clerk switched an 8 for a B). We just went back in and they issued a new one right there. This was in allegheny county.

You think that's bad? My name is spelled completely wrong on my daughter's birth certificate. It's not even close to being right. Thats what happens when you put the government in charge.

That was my first thought also, but I doubt it works that way. Maybe they just void it out or something.

I think the word is "VOIDED" and a new one issued. Could be wrong but voiding out the first incorrect one would make sense and redo the entire app again.

Well apparently its not a "big deal". Atleast that's what the clerk said on the phone. He new what the wrong color was before I even said anything also. So there must be more people out there with this same problem. You guys and gals will be the first ones to know what happens if I ever get checked. The permit doesn't look very professional to start with.
