This is why Americans like big cars. I doubt it would have helped if she was wearing her seat belt. What a shame.

I'll vote for Romney when he promises not to run in 2016.

You know though if you look at the driver's zone and how all the crumple zones did their job absorbing impact I think belted in she would have had a chance. The door sill isn't even buckled.

Sorry bro, I don't think I knew her although in that picture she does look familiar... what a fucking stupid retard "Oh I didn't want to get pulled over"... then don't drive illegaly
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Should be more like voluntary manslaughter. The guy who hit her was driving recklessly in an attempt to evade the police, he knew damned well the risks and proceeded anyway. This was an accident, but it was an accident because of his intentional disregard for the law, his reckless driving, and his selfish actions. If that's not voluntary I don't know what is.

You missed my point. I know what the LEO wasn't doing, my point was his lawyer will still somehow blame his clients action on the officers U-turn.

In other words, in today's society they blame everyone else for their actions, and never take personal responsibility whatever it is they did..
