Gunlawyer001 Firearms Law Workshop, Session I
This is Session I of my Firearms Law Workshop. Starts at 1 PM on Sunday, March 20, should end before 5 PM, and we're coordinating this event with separate training by Jason Schafer at the same facility before lunch, contact Jason if you're interested in his highly-regarded instruction.

Price for my Firearms Law Workshop/Session I is $50 per seat if you get your registration in the mail no later than March 15; after that, it's $75. You can register at the door for $75 if there's space left. NO RECORDING allowed, this has a heavy audience-participation bias, and we don't want anyone to be intimidated from asking questions or sharing real life experiences.

Re: Gunlawyer001 Firearms Law Workshop, Session I
I would really like to make this one but will be down sout' eating BBQ and attending rodeo's. Does the second session require going to session one, or is it just recommended to attend them in order? Would I be missing out on some of the information in session two by missing session one?

Re: Gunlawyer001 Firearms Law Workshop, Session I
You can attend either or both, they cover different aspects of state and federal laws. Session I is mostly about getting a gun into your hands, and carrying it around. Session II deals more with deadly force. Follow the link in my signature line for the course description for Session II.
I don't know anyone who only attended Session II who had unanswered questions about the Session II materials as a result. But you will miss all of the Session I stuff if you skip it, because we don't cover it again in II.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: Gunlawyer001 Firearms Law Workshop, Session I
are these (firearms course) certified/recognized by any national org and would they count towards something like Florida's non-resident CC live fire requirements?
Regardless, it sounds like a great program.Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
