Figured I'd also put in a few good words for Malcolm.

He was the first FFL I had the pleasure of dealing with and I've been going back to him since. He does transfers at a good price and can almost be eerily fast with email responses at times. I've only bought one thing directly through him (my M&P9c), but I got a great deal and excellent service.

So yeah, always pleasant to deal with, great on communication, and would recommend him to anyone (well, maybe not to someone with a bad cat allergy )

I've been to Malcolm a few times. (Hes a 3 minute walk from my house) You wouldn't even know his "store" is there. unmarked window next to pacilio's pizza. Not much on his website anymore but a few months ago he had a HUGE selection. It's an easy transaction at DHF sales. I'd def recommend him.

I have used Malcolm a few times over the past couple of years. I always found him to be helpful and was pretty good at finding things I was looking for that I couldn't seem to find in stock at any LGS. Unfortunately, I went to arrange a transfer for me and it looks like he is no longer in business...

According to his web site, he had plans on going out of business this month, but closed earlier because of his air conditioning breaking down. Apparently closed at the end of may. There is such a shortage of FFLs on the main line and even fewer stocking dealers.

I agree, there are very few options on the main line. I had hoped that this guy would have been around a little while longer, especially since he moved his business out of his apartment and into a storefront a couple of years ago. Bryn Mawr was a very convenient location for me to get to...

And to think there used to be a number of gun stores on the Main Line. There was one in Merion on Montgomery Ave, there was two gun stores in Bryn Mawr around the block from one another......Dan Titus owner of Shooting Specialties, and another store called the Armory. Berwyn had a store just off of Lancaster Pk. owned by Fred Nudy (spelling?) Fred and his wife went on to run the gun show at the old Valley Forge Conv. Center.
