It looks like this bill would move/add the below section from "(c) Other Persons" to "(b) Enumerated Offenses" ?

    5 Any offense under the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64),

6 known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic

7 Act, or any equivalent Federal statute or equivalent statute of

8 any other state, that may be punishable by a term of

    9 imprisonment exceeding two years.

    It would MOVE it.

IIRC, brackets are parts that are removed...rather than strikeout like normal places...

Considering the co-sponsors of this bill, I'm very skeptical about its purpose. That said, this bill appears to just shuffle the chairs on the deck of the Titanic, not make a substantive change. What's the "gotcha" that I'm missing?
