Re: Court House Questions...
Wow, that pic of the Lockheed Constellation is very cool!
As for our pro-2A Sheriff, after finding out he refuses to sign Form 1's and Form 4's, the only reason I will go to that court house now is when I'm forced to renew my permit.
Having spent over 21yrs working for Uncle Sam, and dealing with similar security systems daily during my career, the entry system in place at the court house is a giant, steaming pile of fraking fail.
I know the worker bee's there are doing the best with what they have, but, in my opinion, that whole mess is a case of "Lets set up a security checkpoint, search everybody who enters, and worry about making it work better later on, long after the fact". And my favorite part?
I had jury duty last year around this time. While we were standing in line, courthouse workers would walk up to the door wave, have the door opened for them, and pass in with zero screening... that completely defeated the entire process.
So, finding this thread, and reading about the latest shenanigans does not surprise me one bit.USAF Security Police

Yep. I saw that happening many times, especially after lunch when all the courthouse employees were returning to work a few minutes late.
While the rest of us stood outside in line the courthouse girls just smiled and waved at the guards, who immediately opened the door & let them in. Too bad I look terrible in a skirt...~ Luke... Come to the dark side... We have cookies! ~

Re: Court House Questions...
Ahhhh.
Revived from the dead.
I forgot they responded completely.. I fired off an email asking for its status and compliance when in fact they had (idiot) but I took the time to apologize and correct my mistake while warning them that lawsuits are coming
ALL,
Please ignore this email. I have made an error. There is so much of these actions going on right now with HB 1523 that I misplaced the correspondence that your records officer did in-fact comply with and quite promptly I might add.
With HB 1523 we're actively trying to compile the list of townships and municipalities in violation of PA's preemption law for future litigation. Your township, county sheriff actually, will be subject to action once the law is passed if it continues to refuse to comply with the law.
Please forgive my error, your records officer was in fact incredibly nice and helpful.
Thank you,
Ted John Noga
