    I hope to hell Ung walks and it sends a message to meathead bullies everywhere that drunken gang violence is no longer an option. I'm sure this probably ruined Ung financially. A heavy price to pay, but at least he has his life.

    Poor kid, it seems pretty clear cut to me what happened after reading that.
    If he tried to run they would have most likely chased him.

    Didn't realize that Ung's lawyer was Jack McMahon. That man stacked more juries against minority defendants as a prosecutor than you can imagine, so I have no doubt he can get one off.
