I haven't been to Helium in a year or so, but there were no metal detectors, wandings, or pat-downs when I've gone there, for what it's worth.

I've seen about 6-8 shows there in the past 2 years (most recently in June) and there was no pat down, metal detector, or security checkpoint (other than maybe checking of ID for age) of any kind.

Well there were NO checks of any kind but there was "NO FIREARMS ON PREMISES" printed on a 3x5 index card taped to the door.

Was there on Saturday, no checks and the big guy at the front door just asked if you had bought a ticket or needed one.

Does anyone have an update on this? The last post was 2 years ago, just wondering if anything has changed since then. I am going to Helium this weekend.
