I haven't been to Helium in a year or so, but there were no metal detectors, wandings, or pat-downs when I've gone there, for what it's worth.

I've seen about 6-8 shows there in the past 2 years (most recently in June) and there was no pat down, metal detector, or security checkpoint (other than maybe checking of ID for age) of any kind.

Saw a show there at the end of January. There's a NO FIREARMS sign posted at the door, but no one was checking. No issues CCing.
