    Interesting...if it's a constitutionally protected right would the state be able to maintain current licensing laws?

    A JOINT RESOLUTION

    1 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth
    2 of Pennsylvania, providing for the right to hunt, fish and
    3 harvest game.
    4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    5 hereby resolves as follows:
    6 Section 1. The following amendment to the Constitution of
    7 Pennsylvania is proposed in accordance with Article XI:
    8 That Article I be amended by adding a section to read:
    9 § 29. Right of the people to hunt, fish and harvest game.
    10 The right of the people to hunt, fish and harvest game shall
    11 be forever preserved, subject to restrictions relating to
    12 species, seasons, licensure, limits, methods and locations, as
    13 prescribed by the laws of this Commonwealth.


    Yellowfin please note even though it is being added as a Constitutioal right, they reserve the power to regulate the exercise of the right.
