...and normally eating crow is a euphemism, and yet:

Not illegal to kill them but there is a hunting season. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only from July 2, 2010 to April 10, 2011.

    I sent them an email:

    Hello,

I saw a news story about the crows in Lebanon and eventually found your website. You state that it is illegal to kill crows. That is not true. There is a hunting season and all Pa. Game Commission hunting regulations (dates, safety zones, licenses, etc.) apply, but it is not illegal to kill them.

I assume your statement is meant to avoid legal troubles for ‘Johny Homeowner’ because he borrowed a shotgun and shot at the crows in his backyard. While helping the homeowner is commendable, you should not be disseminating incorrect information. Please change your website to reflect the correct information.

    Thank you,

Wonder if I'll hear anything back,

    Dale

I think you're on to something here bender! These are farmland crows, we're outside the city and in the midst of corn, bean and wheat fields.
We haven't yet decided on the main course for our cookout next weekend.
You could shoot them from my back yard but you'd need a suppressor on your shotgun so you don't get caught. (It's residential and safety zone all around here). Pellet gun from a good hiding place could put a lot of meat on the table and not be quite so risky.
Let me know when you'll be here.

I'm just kidding, I don't condone any illegal activity.

What self respecting redneck doesn't have Daisy, Benjamin or Crosman sitting around ready to take on a pest?

    You embarrass me bender.

I wished i lived there. I use a break action pellet gun with a scope and could dot their eye at 50 yards.
