    Only thing I noticed you missed was Reciprocity with other states and how their license is good here and in Philadelphia.

    UFA = Uniform Firearms Act.

    ...not "United".
    While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

    3. "You have to conceal your gun once you get a license to carry firearms (LTCF)."

    False. Concealed carry is one of the many "perks" that a LTCF grants you. It also allows you to do many other things such as "carry a loaded firearm" in a vehicle, carry during a state of emergency, have firearms loaned to you, etc.
    That should say "transport a firearm(firearm being defined under the UFA)". Unloaded transporting/carrying in a vehicle is also illegal without a license unless you are going to/from certain places. With it worded as is some folks might get that idea that since there gun is unloaded that they wouldn't need a LTCF.

    For #6 you should put in the definition of "brandish(ing)" for idiots that don't know what that means.

    Looks pretty good, but you should change
    If you're the type of guy (or gal) who gets rowdy and belligerent while drinking, it might be a good idea to leave the gun at home.

    The reason you need a LTCF to open carry in Philadelphia is due to the Uniform Firearms Act found in the state's constitution.
    The UFA is PA law, not part of the PA constitution

    Overall very good work.
    If you don't know who your state legislators are go here:

    put your zip plus 4 in the box in the upper right hand corner.
