You and the purchaser need to meet and fill out the Form 4s and mail them in with the other required paperwork.

Then when the approved Form 4 comes in you need to meet and give him the firearm and approved Form 4.

I don't know for sure, but I've never heard of that. Does it have a short barrel, etc.? If it is a pistol/SBR/SBS or MG with a short barrel then the transfer has to go through FFL or Sheriff like a pistol does under PA law.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask what he is selling, but yeah he might have to do a FFL transfer for the above mentioned items.

Should meet to make sure that everything is filled in and handled properly. I don't think that it would be wise to mail off a NFA firearm with the approved Form 4, stuff happens.

If the gun's dimensions fit the description of a "firearm" under PA's UFA - it must be transferred through a FFL or a Sheriff. Which would include SBR's, AOW's, SBS's, and some MG's and DD's. Not all MG's and DD's fit the description of a "firearm" in the UFA.
