Why Mayor Bloomberg should be charged with a crime.

The governor of Arizona should instruct her State's Attorney General to file formal charges against the Mayor of The City of New York, and the New York City Police Department for attempting to conduct illegal purchases of firearms. This is enough. Bloomturd is drunk with power.

It's obvious this was not a AZ sanctioned "investigation". I believe AZ has different laws then NYC (ha).

I believe Bloomberg should be arrested and charged as conspiracy to commit straw purchases as well as the individuals making the purchases. They preach that laws need to be enforced and want more.... well they should be held accountable for their illegal acts as well. He and his cronies in the NYPD are only civilians and bound to the same laws we are.

Please note - the investigators were not active duty NYPD - they were private investigators hired by the Mayors anti-gun group and given some fancy burocratic name. Some may be retired NYPD. The press has made the error in their stories but since they hate the NYPD they will not retract it.

The active duty NYPD here hate bloomingidiot and what he has done to the city.
