This dude got beat pretty bad. The article says there were two guys beaten but I only see one in the video. This happened in an area of Richmond known for it's restaurants and pubs where people like to bar hop.

Ahh, the catch and release program. In my opinion, the only people that should be in prison are those that commit violent crimes. Behavior like this should never be tolerated. The masses living their lives are easy victims for animals like these.
