    One of my S&W 44 mags the grips are the round butt conversion

    the new grips are way too thin. i bought a set of a model29 rounb butt, and they are nothing like the big ol fat grips smith used to make.
    it's only metal, we can out think it....

    s&w mak..erra...sells them.
    most new N frames are round butts. these stocks give the feel of the old square butts.
    it's only metal, we can out think it....

    Your totally right. I like the grips on my 29-2 way better. But they still look cool i love wood FACTORY grips. I hate custom wood grips.
