Re: RELOADING
Do you have the right profile tool screwed into your seating die to fit the bullets?

Re: RELOADING
Who made you dies?
Have you cleaned them recently?
What is sticking? The bullet sticks in the die or the bullet guide sticks in the die?
First, clean the die with brake cleaner or isopropal alcohol.

Re: RELOADING
Are the dies sticking on the shoulder of the case? The only thing I can think of, is if the bullet is sticking in the die. Then the brand of die can not be used with the bullet ogive (sorry for the misspelling). I am not sure that it would stick any where else. I use Lee dies and the bullets are pushed down from the top on the ogive. Please post some more info on your problem.

Re: RELOADING
Ok I lets see when I reload 168 grain boat tail hollow points everything goes smoothly Which is my target load. But when I start to load my hunting load (which is a 165 grain Nosler Ballistis tip) the bullet itself sticks in the seater die which is in the die itself i think I am real knew at this!!!!

Re: RELOADING
The one thing that I think of when you say the bullet gets stuck in the seating die is that you need to check the diameter of the ogive on the Nosler bullet. Is this the first time this has happened? Maybe you got a box with bad bullets in it? Are all of them sticking? You can take the die apart and check the bullets in the seating collet to see how they fit

Re: RELOADING
I would do what bert304 said. Take the seater die apart and take one of each bullet design and see how they fit into the bullet seater. There is a possibility that the bullet that sticks is going too far into the seater because of the radius of the ogive. Or it could be that the actual shape of the bullet that gets stuck is different from the one that doesn't. Put them side by side and compare that may show you something.
