Re: Possible LTC application problem
Employment shouldn't make any difference.

Re: Possible LTC application problem
...or you could always write "self-employed" if it will make you feel more comfortable; the fact that your "employer" fails to pay you is none of their business! LOL

Re: Possible LTC application problem
Just write unemployed.
The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.

Re: Possible LTC application problem
Yes. I was unsure what to write under address and phone number. Both I and my supervisor travel extensively and base our locations at 2 different addresses. So I left it blank and walked in with it that way. The deputy just shrugged and said, "We don't need that anyway." and processed my app without it.
Your employment (or lack of it) has no bearing whatsoever. I would recommend against leaving it blank, .gov agencies hate blank spaces. I would put "n/a" or "unemployed".
Under "Reason" just put "self defense".
I didn't really want the Sheriff contacting my employer anyway, no of their business.
Having moved to York County from Maryland myself 5 years ago, I just want to say... Welcome to America!
.While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Re: Possible LTC application problem
I appreciate the information, I just wrote Currently laid off/Unemployed, do u think I should fill in all the employers information (address, phone number etc..) with N/A.
Is anyone on here from Adams County? I was wondering how the sheriffs office is here, also how much does the application cost to be put in for review?
Thanks alot guys I really appreciate everything,
Jesse
