Default for those with HD Shotguns.

I just have a quick question for everyone with an HD Shotgun. Do you guys keep it ready to go with the safety on? Or just have the shells in it, just not chambered? Ive always wondered this.

I don't know if it's typical, but I keep my pump HD shotty's magazine full and the safety off now-a-days...

My HD shotgun is hidden in plain sight behind the bedroom door. The sling is on a hook, and there is a robe covering it over the hook as well.

Loaded, chambered, safety off, hidden in plain sight. I want to have to think of nothing but the task at hand should a need arise. Everything I have for SD either has no safety or it isn't on.
