Smith and Wesson M&P 15 Sport
Anyone see this?
http://www.smith-wesson.com/wcsstore...NewCatalog.pdf
Link is to their 2011 catalog....seems like a standard AR(I know little about AR rifles)
The thing that jumped out at me was the MSRP...only $709! I wonder what they cut to get it that low?

Agreed. What is de catch????????????
Plastic upper or something? The melonite coating made me chuckle a little. I've seen that on another gun somewhere. Thinking.......I don't watch shark week. Sharks watch FLICK week.

That seems too good to be true.
It's the same "Retail" as some of their M&P 15-22's.

Re: Smith and Wesson M&P 15 Sport
The MP 15/22 with the Hogue grip, threaded barrel and the Vltor stock looks great .. But the MSRP is high($749 or $769).. I wonder what they will sell for on Gun Broker???
