picked a "pre" model 17, 6" barrel, up this morning.
in pretty good shape, made in 1950. i can't believe i'm excited about a .22lr.

took it out yesterday afternoon late, it's a good time.
no problems hitting soda cans(i thought a proper target for a .22) at 25 yards.
i have a ruger mkI that i get bored with after just a few rounds....just too easy to shoot, and just not fun for me.
i ran through 70rds, i thought that would be enough, it wasn't, by a long shot.
so it's true, revolvers make everything more fun.
