Harrisburg Farm Show friendly or not?

Just wondering if the Farm Show Complex is gun friendly. I will probably conceal due to the possible crowd.

Never been but from what I've heard not really. Be prepared to be handed a ziptie upon entrance.

Like I said I was planning on CCing but in case it printed I wasn't sure what their policies were. Right now I have my Fobus (waiting on my custom leather from RGRizzle) but the Fobus works fine with my Kel Tec P-11 this time of year.

I won't OC if there is a chance for a crowd. I assume the zip tie is for those who opt to OC?

Yep.

Harrisburg is notorious for making you zip tie your gun to make it unusable.

Definately conceal carry up there.

I couldn't find anything on any website regarding weapons before going. And when I went there this week, I didn't see any signs, metal detectors, or door guards asking if I had a concealed weapon.

I OC'd there last year at the actual 'Farm Show', all day long, in front of many PSP troopers, and even while purchasing a ticket for a gun they were raffling. No issues whatsoever.

I was there last year at the Eastern Sports Show, I was CC. I did not see any signs or posted rules that would say you can't carry. I didn't go out of my way to look for them either.
