"But...isn't that 'brandishing?'"
My girlfriend has been dying to get a new haircut lately, so she and I went for a walk. Since I let her wear my heavy coat, I put on an extra undershirt and my zip up sweater. Ooh, OC attire! As usual, I tucked the sweater behind my Glock, and off we went.
We walked to the closest place, but they don't accept debit/credit cards, so we had to walk way down Main Street to the local franchise. On the way down, I heard from behind me,
"Hey, bud! Excuse me, sir?"
We paused and I turned around. "What's up?"
"Are you a cop or something?" This guy actually stopped what he was doing and sort of followed after us for thirty feet or so to get my attention.
"Nope." I smiled.
"Don't you have to have that concealed? I bet you have a license."
"I do have a license, but it doesn't need to be concealed. Pennsylvania is an Open Carry state, and the only city you need a License to carry openly in is Philadelphia."
"But...isn't that brandishing?"
"Pennsylvania has no brandishing law! This is just open carry, which is legal."
"Oh, alright...take care, then."
He turned and walked away, and my girlfriend and I went to Best Cuts.
I forgot to grab the flyer off my desk before I left. I fail.Junior

LOL... you of all people should have a flyer tattooed to your forehead by now. Fail!
A WIN other than that. Is this your first positive encounter? While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Good job educating the puiblic. It sounds like the guy was just curious, possibly a new or soon-to-be new gun owner. I'm surprised though that walking down main st Lansdale OCing didn't get you more attention though. I've heard horror stories of that borough.
I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"
