I have a G27 and put on the extened mag relase since I can't hit the stock relase properly.

I put the finger exentions on my 2 G27 mags and the 2 G26 mags I have for when I convert it to 9mm.

Used a Don Hume IWB, a Crossbreed IWB, Desantis Nemesis, and bellyband rig and not have had that issue.

What brand of holster did you use when this happened??

Like to know so I cross that brand off of my 'to buy' list.
    gotta love her ;)

It was a Crossbreed Supertuck. Now, I do want to mention that I have NEVER had problems with this gun in this holster before. I did fall very hard on some ice, so that may have been the problem. Still, I'll be going to a factory size release anyway.
