I was just watching it, seemed fairly well done. All of the self defense shows on Spike seem above average for what you would expect on TV.

I'm not so sure about some of the disarming techniques. Not what I've been taught.

Like many "Techniques" there's hundreds and there is no perfect or best, or absolute bestest awesomest dealie whopper, you just have to survive the situation.
Bottom line is get training, practice what you learned, don't ever let your guard down, strive to keep your survival skills in tip top shape, and it doesn't matter how you survive, its the surviving thats important!!!!

i saw this thread yesterday and it got me watching the 4 different series. finished all the what ifs. almost done on because lives depend on it

very good stuff. i was wanting to see something like this and didnt know it existed.
