    Default How to spend NYE the right way @ the range of course.

    Just another relaxed day at the range with Pagoda240. Took out my MSAR & his FN FAL & Savage .223.








    After awhile he decided we should have a little friendly competition. Here's what transpired.

    Surprisingly it really doesn't have that much recoil. I think my AR has more "felt" recoil than the MSAR does.

    223 < 7.62



    p.s. need a rematch with my rifle on the right gas setting he may still beat me but it will be closer. For a true drag race i would use my ar.....

    Maybe if you're planning on shooting through something to hit your target. But either or will work just fine with a direct hit. I still gotta figure out how to change the gas setting on the MSAR. It's either stuck or I'm missing something. Then I need to throw my other optic on it so I can acquire my target quicker than with the factory optic (opening is just too small for quick acquisition). Don't forget I have an AR too tho .
