Re: Chamfer revolver cylinder?
When John Robinson at CP did one of my revolvers last year it cost me 45 bucks or so... it is not complicated or labor intensive.

Re: Chamfer revolver cylinder?
any bonehead with a dremel and the right stones can do this. it can also be done with a decent slow speed drill/press and a chamfering tool in 15 minutes.

Re: Chamfer revolver cylinder?
I just picked my revolver up from Chuck lutz he didnt chamfer it because he didnt have the tool but he ordered it. He did do an action job on it while he had it and good gracious it is amazing. I had mentioned the main spring from Jerry Miculek and he said "tell you what... If you dont like my job ill put the spring in for free." I love it. Hes gonna call when he gets the tool it. I cant wait to run this baby on sunday at a match if my holster comes in.
