I checked with 5 suppliers and found one (Warners Propane in Gilbert) at almost exactly 1/2 the price per gallon compared with Amerigas and with zero (extra profit) fees. Call around. First ask if they serve your area. Don't be fooled by zero connection fees or a lowper gallon first time fill up. You need to know your annual usage in gallons as price is set in bands from low to high usage. If you use less, there is a fee. Better to guess low and amend later.
