What is an LCTF???

It's used a lot in this forum but I cant find any reference to it?

The LTCF (License To Carry Firearms) is much more than a concealed weapons permit. Besides allowing you to carry concealed, it allows you to carry openly in a city of the first degree (Philadelphia) and unlike many weapons permits doesn't restrict you to a particular gun or in fact, how many guns you may carry at one time. PA is a "shall issue" state, which means that as long as you have not done anything that prohibits you, the county sheriff, or the Chief of Police in Phila. MUST issue the license (although there are sheriffs and the CoP of Phila, who will do whatever they can to not issue).
