The most overpriced and stale show in the area, IMHO.
But then, the Farmer's Market is next door.

Since I like old guns and collect military arms , this is my favorite show. No beef jerky , no arts & crafts , no jewelry , no wanna-be Rambo soldier of fortune covert tactical crap and black plastic weapons. If that's your thing , this ain't your show. Just real steel and wood. And if ya look closely and have at least a high 2-digit or better IQ , ya just might learn a thing or two about history. Read , "Historical Arms" a few times and let it sink in.

+1, this show continuously gets bashed. Its a nice show for older guns and war memorabilia, i still enjoy going but i'm not expecting a lot of modern weapons here.

Wood warps, even the real stuff. Give me cheap, practical, light, indestructible "black plastic" over wood any day. I admire those who appreciate good craftsmanship and engineering, but I hate nostalgia for nostalgia's sake.

Also, the only thing that comes close to being as manly as weapons is beef jerky.
I'll vote for Romney when he promises not to run in 2016.

Forks of the Delaware Historical Arms Society

The name of the organization speaks to what the show is all about.

    Historical Arms

    Why the discussion.

I don't understand why anyone would want to take a piece of beef and make it dry and chewy. To me, that's nearly sacrilegious. Does not compute.

I get the historical arms and militaria. What I don't get is Hitler's tea service and the ghoul wearing an SS uniform jacket. (seen that a couple times)

If it's for you, go fer it. I am not sure about knick knacks featuring syphilitic mono testicled madmen personally.

I found both triggers to be terrible to me so the triggers are on a scale to me.. The Glock was a crisper suck and the XD was a more mushy suck. They are in the same family, SR9 (heavy suck), Glock (crisp heavy suck), XD( lighter mushy suck), M&P(heavy mushy suck).
