    Default trade rifles via mail?

    can one pa resident trade rifle for rifle with another pa resident and simply ship to each other via a mail service?

    US Postal Service allows long guns to be mailed if I'm not mistaken.

    As long as neither of you are prohibited, then there shouldn't be an issue. Personally I find UPS to be less of a hassle than USPS, but it is legal either way. No need to get an FFL involved for a transfer on a long gun.
