transfer question
If I sell an old rifle, do I have to go through my FFL to ship it, or can I ship it myself to an FFL?

Re: transfer question
You can ship directly to an FFL, in any state, per federal and PA law.
If they send you their first 3 and last 5 of their FFL # you can verify their licensed address via ATF EZ-Check.

Re: transfer question
I think you can ship a long gun directly to the recipient in-state, but have to ship to an FFL if out of state.
