NRA Personal Protection OUTSIDE the Home: Hellertown
Jason is USMC Operation Desert Storm vet and NRA Training Counselor.
This course is as close to a “concealed carry” course as you are likely to get, and covers the basics of a concealment, draw from concealment, the legal ramifications of the use of force (PA Attorney Phil Kline), ,use of cover and movement as you are likely to get. A great course for those who have never learned or are still in the early stage of the learning the draw and the defensive use of a firearm.

Re: NRA Personal Protection OUTSIDE the Home: Hellertown
For those who are interested in speaking to a PA lawyer about Concealed Carry Issues, Phil Kline, Esq. has been contracted to do the legal section of this class.
As a service to PA shooters, Jason Shafer, the course instructor, will allow the shooting public to attend the legal section, which will include questions and answers, on January 12 at 1 PM for a cost of $25, which will go entirely to Phil's honorarium.
Phil is located in the Quakertown area, is a Class III shooter himself, and has been involved in several CCW type cases.
He is listed as a firearms friendly lawyer on several sites I have researched.
Yet he speaks to the point with no 'fluff'
Come on out and get your questions answered!
