Just had to give it a try. Just something to play with. Right now it's my bedside gun! .44 mag

Re: Picked up a Hand Cannon
Hummm, TDI?
Nice IMI. A guy down the road from me has one in .50. Said he was thinking about selling it, no idea what he wanted for it yet. Then upon further discussion, its a GOLD finish . SO guess it would have been the "Big Pimp Daddy" of handguns.
Give us a Range and doctors report on the ears and wrist after shootin her.
On edit- looks like the IMI is gonna eat the Glock for breakfast...Here glocky, glocky, glocky, i's gots some candy for ya...

Very cool, but I agree that it would suck if you had to shoot that indoors with no hearing protection. Ouch.

A handgun like that is too large to be practical for most defensive purposes.
That being said I WANT ONE!
They are really nice, never had a chance to shoot one before though. I contemplated getting one at one point in time. But the price tag is just to steep for my blood right now. Nice buy!I'm so fast, I can bump fire a bolt action.

Re: Picked up a Hand Cannon
ha-ha, It is HUGE, but I've heard they don't recoil much seeing as how heavy they are. I really just got it for fun. I might flip it after a while. My glock 19 still sits by my bed as well. I feel one shot from this thing would get the job done!

Re: Picked up a Hand Cannon
it doesnt recoil much.... if you know how to grip the thing properly. but there is no need whatsoever to have that as a bedside gun, stick with the glock.
the DE is a range gun, its not practical, and most of the time never 100% reliable. and if and when you do shoot it, make sure to clean the hell out of it to keep it shooting. they dirty up quick.Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.
