Good, it looked like a good gun. Make sure you meet FTF and get the tin of ammo too - that's a good price.

Edit: And make sure you CLEAN the gun well after shooting. Then clean it again. That EU mil-surp 5.45 is beyond criminally 'effin corrosive.

Yea, I'm getting the ammo too. I got some real good cleaners for corrosive ammo, I also own a 1937 K98k that I shoot tons of corrosive ammo with and have learned to keep it clean and how to do it.

    .40 but I really want a .357 SIG barrel.

Right now it's pickling in a good coating of Weapon Shield

A lot of guys like Ballistol for clean up after corrosive.

You can mix it 10:1 and put it in a spray bottle for your range bag. At $8qt it goes a long way fore cleanup and it also can replaces Hoppes and a couple rust preventatives.

Its one stop shopping for your cleaning kit.

I use Muzzle Magic then Hoppe's then I do my normal cleaning with CLP, Weapon Shield or EEZOX usually EEZOX on the rifles and in the past I have used 5w20 for a bit of lube on my AK's.
I just started using Weapon Shield for my pistols (free sample) and will be buying a very large supply of this stuff it's awesome.

I just got back from picking up the AK from JayBell, it's everything and more than what I expected and what he described. This is my 2nd AK; first was a WASR 10/63; and I can say without revocation that the WASR is a POS. I knew it's wasn't a great rifle when I bought it but I now I understand when people say just get an Arsenal. When I was first looking for an AK I asked about them cause I knew nothing and quite a few people said get a WASR and save the rest of your $$$, BS- save your $$$ then buy an Arsenal. I haven't even fired this yet and can tell the huge quality difference I can't wait to fire it.

    Thanks Jay.
