    This doesn't sound like a design flaw, it just sounds like they didn't do a good enough job crippling the original Masada trigger/sear assembly design so that it would only run semiauto.

    Now if we didn't have that pesky NFA/GCA/etc. hanging around our necks, this wouldn't be a problem...

    I've read of more than a few people having slam fire trouble with soft primers. I think it's most likely this as opposed to a FCG problem.

    That's even worse if it means it might fire simply by chambering it.
