WTB: Thompson Cap firing model gun
I'm doing work with a theater group that does fetish shows here in Pittsburgh (http://www.fetishfantasyisland.com/). For the Nightmare Before the Nutcracker and the Valentine's Day Massacare shows, we need one or two replica Thompson SMG. I've seen a Plug Firing Cap Model brand new for $600, but our budget is closer to $250-300. I've also seen the Volunteer Arms copy which is semi-automatic and thus not a Class III, and we could run blanks through it.
The director really wants the gun to be able to have brass ejecting out of it, or we'd just go with an airsoft gun.
If you've got either in the Pittsburgh area and are willing to sell it in our price range, the theater company owner is willing to buy it.
Alternately, I'd be happy if we could borrow one (or two) for the two productions and run blanks through it. It just happens that a Tommy gun is the one that fits the story (or I'd have them run blanks through my wasr10).
Please contact me if you can help.
Thanks,
