    Default UT considering Constitutional Carry

    SALT LAKE CITY — Gun rights advocates in Utah are pushing a new law that would let residents carry loaded, concealed firearms in public without a permit.

    I generally just stick to reading the article itself and none of the comments..especially when it's in regards to firearms..you know..THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN!

    Hopefully soon more states will adopt Utah's campus carry law. We need that to counteract the spread of the anti gun mentality to college students.

    You missed the "well you need a license and training to drive" crowd; plenty of those in the comments are spewing that nonsense.

    This argument is invalid. Driving is a privilege not a right (but we know and understand that). However, in this day and age where health care and home ownership are rights, and life itself is a privilege, I can see where some would be confused.
