So Valorius, et al., were right!! All these many years ago.

Thanks for the update. I guess there is one more website for me to follow regularly...

More of her photos from her museum intern days to come. Stay tuned.

A few more new-old-stock photos of Ms. Vanessa (formerly) of the Gettysburg Museum of History.

A question to all you Civil War experts: Is the cannon a 3-in ordnance rifle? Or maybe a 10-pounder Parrott? Is there an easy way to tell, given the almost head-on view point?

For those interested, the first go-around of the photos related to the Gettysburg Museum of History started at about post #1396 of this thread. Unfortunately, of the 40+ photos of Vanessa, and a slightly smaller number of photos of another museum staff member Britney originally posted, I think only 2 and 1 respectively are still viewable nowadays. The two old photos of Vanessa are here:

On the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg (Day 1), here are some golden oldies of this thread's past. Below are some reconstruction of old posts whose photos are sadly no longer viewable, featuring Vanessa (formerly) of the Gettysburg Museum of History. Original posts were from August of 2012.
