Isn't that a gun-free zone? And what the hell is up with all of these attacks on kids?

People like this need serious help. It could have been alot worse thank God he didn't kill any of those innocents. People like this are the reason anti-gun activist do so well in their tasking.

I'm so glad the kids were not seriously injured.

And wait. The school is a gun free zone! His gun should have magically stopped functioning when he stepped into it, right?

Kudos to the construction workers who delivered street justice to the guy before the police arrived.

And people wonder why Law Abiding Citizens choose to carry. The gun didn't do it, the BG did. CeaseBG-PA should be created...

He said the gunman appeared to be reloading and trying to leave when Partida jumped in his truck and rammed the man, knocking him down.
I'm glad the construction workers weren't charged, but isn't this technically illegal. Ramming someone should definitely be considered deadly force, and if he was trying to leave, a DA could argue he was no longer a threat. What would have happened if this was at a park and not a school, and one of the construction workers shot the gunman instead of ramming him? Think they would have been charged then? I think this illustrates why there should be more leeway with regard to the use of deadly force. Specifically allowing deadly force to be used as necessary to hold a criminal until police arrive. Right now in PA, if you witness a murder, and you try to hold the murderer at gun point, he could just run away from you knowing the law will protect him

Thankfully none of the children were seriously injured. I wonder what would have happened if those brave citizens hadn't intervened? Kudos to them.

Funny how the cops describe the grazing wounds as "through and through." That just doesn't make sense.
