Thumbs up 10/22 Tommy Gun Kit

I did a search and did not see this posted anywhere. There is a kit to make a 10/22 Ruger look like a tommy gun. Gangster or military versions available. My kit is in the hands of UPS now. Take a look:

    www.1022fungun.com

The site looks to be down right now, but do a Google search for "10/22 Tommy gun kit" and info comes up. The current owners seem to agree the craftsmanship is top notch.

More info and a few pictures: http://www.shootingillustrated.com/E.../tommygun.html

PS: Real drums are on sale at Cabelas

the 1022fungun.com link seems to be broken, but the SI article: looks like fun.

The gattling kit has been talked about ALOT in my circle of shooting buddies these past few weeks. I have a feeling one of us may break down and buy one soon enough.

Got it today from the UPS person. Good kit. Quick build. Wood work is very good. Hand grips are made for big hands, nice fit for me. Tight fit for all parts. Scope mount area still accessible. I was thinking of some type of small laser sight for it with a switch that could be mounted on the hand grip, not sure what though. I like it! I got a Tommy Gun! Sort of...
