    I couldn't tell, but unless that was automatic, it is not an AK-47, only an AK variant. He was definitely not raised up well with firearms.

    Yea that's not an AK-47. That is a normal capacity, semi-auto, AK-variant sporting rifle.

    In reference to the video linked in the OP:

    It doesn't look faked to me, since there is recoil from the shots. The muzzle flash is believable since this happened indoors with dim lighting. What I don't get is why multiple shots were fired, unless the guy either wanted to fire off some rounds and make it seem unintentional, or he has the worst trigger finger reflexes on earth. The report sounds fake because it's being picked up by a really crappy mono microphone.
