American TV legend Bob Barker was rushed to the hospital Thursday after fainting at a shooting range in the Los Angeles area, according to entertainment website TMZ.

The 86-year-old former host of "The Price Is Right" was shooting when he collapsed, a witness said.

He had regained consciousness by the time help arrived but was still taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

Barker was now back at home after being checked out and cleared.

A representative said he had had a reaction to blood thinner medication.

Barker is best known for hosting "The Price Is Right" from 1972 to 2007, making it the longest-running daytime game show in North American television history.

Glad that he's alright, but I'm not really a fan of the guy. He's donated millions to PETA in California, a rabidly anti-gun organization CONSTANTLY looking to restrict our rights, and certainly making progress with it.

I thought he was best known for hating hunters and hunting. He has spend a lot of time and money trying to get hunting abolished. Since that hasn't worked for him yet and at 86 he's running out of time, he's probably practicing so he can shoot hunters before they shoot Bambi. He is an animal rights wacko. Too bad he survived.
