Well I hope the thugs find themselves at the end of a short rope!
But that won't happen, they will cry like little babies about how bad the world has treated them and some liberal judge will swallow it...They will get off with a light sentence...
The people will wonder why their town/city is nothing more then a criminal haven, yet they won't take the needed actions to stop it..
But this is typical for cities..
